USING THE ZARKOV ANALYST MODULE

To use the Zarkov Analyst module, do the following:

1. Load a game and go to the desired position.

2. Select the "Analysis" tab from the toolbar.

3. Click on the leftmost button on the toolbar (Start Analysis).
A small window should appear below the window containing the
game moves. This window contains the best variations as
determined by the Zarkov engine. As the engine calculates,
it will compute deeper, more accurate variations and place
them at the top of the table of variations. The evaluation
of the current position appears to the left of the variation.

4. To stop analysis, click on the button with the "STOP" icon.

5. You can insert Zarkov's best variation into the game text as
an annotation by clicking on the icon labelled "insert analysis
   in game".

6. NOTE: you must click on the "exit analysis" button and repeat
steps 1-6 to analyze other positions.

7. You can mark multiple positions for batch analysis by clicking
on the "Analysis marker setup" button on the main toolbar and
pressing the "Set marker" button at the bottom of the Analysis
marker setup dialog box. This dialog box also allows you to enter
the analysis time and number of variations and lets you exclude
   individual moves from analysis.

8. Once you have marked selected positions for batch analysis,
click on the "Start batch analysis" button on the main toolbar
to get the Zarkov engine to analyze each of the marked positions
and insert the best variation(s) into the game text.
